Anatomy Trains Training at Acacia Healing

We are proud to be an official partner of Anatomy Trains Australia and a host for ongoing Anatomy Trains workshops in Tasmania. Following the successful delivery of the full ATSI Level 1 Structural Integration Training across 2023 and 2024, we continue to support the growth of Structural Integration in the region through high-quality professional education.

Upcoming Workshops

In 2026, we will be offering two Foundations WorkshopsAnatomy Trains in Structure & Function — in both Launceston and Hobart. This course is the essential starting point for anyone interested in becoming a certified Anatomy Trains Structural Integrator (ATSI), or for practitioners simply wanting to deepen their understanding of fascial anatomy and functional movement.

Then, in 2027, we’re excited to bring the ATSI Level 1 Structural Integration Training back to Tasmania — a comprehensive program for those ready to train as an Anatomy Trains Structural Integrator.

About Anatomy Trains

Anatomy Trains presents a revolutionary approach to understanding the body’s interconnected systems. Developed by Thomas Myers, this model explores how myofascial meridians — or “trains” — link muscles through fascia into functional chains. This perspective allows practitioners to see beyond isolated structures and instead recognise whole-body patterns of strain, compensation, and adaptation.

Why Learn Anatomy Trains?

Integrating the Anatomy Trains approach into your practice can offer:

  • A deeper understanding of postural and movement patterns
  • Better identification of the root causes of pain and dysfunction
  • Tools for designing more effective, holistic treatment plans
  • Insight into how fascia influences structural health and movement

Whether you’re a physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor, massage therapist, or movement specialist, this model offers powerful insights and hands-on techniques that can profoundly shift your practice.
