Chris is passionate about helping his clients experience less pain and more freedom in their bodies.
His interest in bodywork began early. As a child, Chris would often make the rounds of the dinner table, offering shoulder massages when family had guests over. After finishing school, he went on to study massage, beginning what became more than a decade of practice as a remedial massage therapist.
Over time, Chris grew increasingly frustrated by the lack of lasting results he was seeing for many clients. This led him to seek a deeper understanding of the body and the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. That search began with his introduction to Anatomy Trains, which sparked a long and ongoing journey into structural integration.
Chris brings almost twenty years of hands-on bodywork experience to his practice. He holds two formal massage qualifications (Diploma of Remedial and Relaxation Massage, Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies) and has trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since 2018, he has been immersed in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration training, deepening his understanding of fascial relationships, posture, and whole-body patterns. In March 2026, Chris completed his ATSI qualifications and is now a fully qualified Anatomy Trains Structural Integrator.
Chris loves working with complex, long-held tension and postural patterns, and supporting meaningful change at a deep structural level. He is especially drawn to clients who feel they have tried everything, yet continue to struggle with persistent pain or restriction.
Outside of the clinic, Chris is a father to a beautiful little girl and enjoys spending time with his family. He loves gardening, being out in nature, collecting spring water, and soaking up the natural beauty of the world around him.
