As a child, Chris felt a deep calling to the massage profession – he would often do rounds of the dinner table, giving shoulder massages when family had guests over.
As a practitioner, Chris has over a decade of practical massage experience. He has completed two formal qualifications in massage (Dip. Remedial & Relaxation, Dip. Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies) and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since 2018, after returning from several years of travel Chris has been actively pursuing further knowledge and training in order to take his practise to the next level. Tired of having clients return week after week presenting with the same chronic body issues, and realising that standard remedial massage techniques just weren’t cutting to the core of the problem, he sought to learn more. Fast forward several years and instead of just helping people feel good for a couple of days or weeks, Chris is now helping to unwind chronic body imbalances in order to help people to feel balance, ease and long term resilience in their bodies.
Personally, Chris is a father to a beautiful little girl and enjoys spending his free time with his family, gardening, getting out in nature, collecting spring water, and soaking up the natural beauty all around us.
